The binturong, also known as the Asian Bearcat, has the smell of popcorn, which is made by an oil gland under the tail. As a binturong drags its tail through the branches it climbs on, it leaves its scent behind.

Mars is smaller than Earth. Its density and mass is also lower than earth. Since all these factors are lower, its gravity is also lower than Earth. In fact, the gravity on Mars is 62 per cent lower than Earth, meaning the Martian gravity is 38 per cent of the gravity on Earth. So a 50 kg person on Earth would weigh 19 kg on Mars.

Bananas are eaten both raw (ripe) and cooked. They are a rich source of many vitamins and potassium. India is the leading producer of bananas with an annual output of about 16.8 metric tons. This means about 23 per cent of the world’s total production happens in India.

The coldest seas are found near the poles. The Greenland, Barents, Beaufort, Kara, Laptev and East Siberian Seas are found near the North Pole. The Weddell and Ross Seas are found in the South Pole. The Baltic Sea is also considered one of the coldest seas, but it is not located near the poles.

Alfred Nobel was a Swedish industrialist, engineer and inventor. He was into construction and that led him to perform an experiment to find out ways of blasting rocks. His research led him to nitroglycerine. He found out that mixing silica with nitroglycerine would make it easy to handle. This mixture is known today as dynamite.
