Bruce Lee’s art was too fast to be captured

Most martial art films are sped up to make fighting scenes appear fast; it was the opposite of the norm in the case of Bruce Lee’s films. His actions were very fast and could not be captured on the regular 24 frames per second (fps). So his moves had to be filmed at 32 fps, and the film was run slower so that one could see his moves.
