The ‘Taak Trio’ – The three bald actors
Taak is the Bengali word for bald. During the shooting of Sonar Kella (The Golden Fortress) by Satyajit Ray, three bald actors Santosh Dutta, Ajoy Banerjee and Kamu Mukherjee used to share rooms at hotels. They were referred to as the ‘Taak Trio’.
