  2. This is not the longest running children’s magazine in India. A Marathi monthly magazine named ‘Mulanche Masik’ published from Nagpur is the longest running as far as I know. It was founded by Balkrishna Modak in the year 1927 and it has completed 90 successful years. Currently Mr. Jayant Modak is the editor of the magazine.

  3. The information you provided is incorrect. The longest running children’s magazine is a Marathi monthly named as ‘Mulanche Masik’ which in itself means children’s magazine in Marathi. It was founded by Late Balkrishna Modak in the year 1927 in Nagpur. It is still published every month consistently for successful 90 years. Currently, Mr. Jayant Modak is the editor of the magazine. Chandamama, according to what I know had stopped its publication for a year. But Mulanche Masik relentlessly continued its effort of imparting knowledge to children, even after facing lot of hardships. I request you to please correct the information.
