The king who was guarded by women

Chandragupta Maurya (340 to 290 B.C.) was an eminent king of the Gupta dynasty in India who established the Mauryan Empire from 321 to 185 B.C. Chandragupta is considered the first unifier of India and its first genuine emperor. He was guarded by a band of women on horseback.
